Pets don’t stop needing medical services because there is a Pandemic, but ensuring the safety of guests and staff was a top priority in developing new protocols to deliver service during this unprecedented time. In response, we started providing curbside services. We transitioned to a paperless record-keeping system to make each experience as “contact-less” as possible for the client and for our employees. And we implemented an online registration for our new ‘carside’ Vaccine Clinics, in order to ensure social distancing could be followed. We are proud to report that in 2020, despite many challenges, we served over 2,100 pets in the Veterinary Resource Center, including 2,000 spay/neuter surgeries. We are committed to evolving our practices as the pandemic situation changes, so that we can continue to be a trusted resource for the community when it comes to affordable and high-quality veterinary care.
